Cancellation Policy
We understand that sometimes things come up and you may need to cancel. Cancelling your appointment within 12 hours of your appointment time will grant you a full refund of your deposit. Failure to do so will result in forfeiting your deposit as a late cancellation/no show fee. If you did not pay a deposit you will be charged the deposit price for the service booked.
